【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60079specifiesthegeneralrequirementsforconstruction,testingandmarkingofelectricalapparatusandExcomponentsintendedforuseinexplosivegasatmospheres.UnlessmodifiedbyoneofthepartsintheIEC60079series,electricalapparatuscomplyingwiththisstandardisintendedforuseinhazardousareasinwhichexplosivegasatmospheres,causedbymixturesofairandgases,vapoursormists,existundernormalatmosphericconditionsof·temperature-20℃to+60℃;·pressure80kPa(0,8bar)to110kPa(1,1bar);and·airwithnormaloxygencontent,typically21%v/v.Theapplicationofelectricalapparatusinatmosphericconditionsoutsidethisrangemayneedspecialconsideration.NOTE1Thedeterminationofthemaximumsurfacetemperatureisbasedonanoperationalambienttemperatureof-20℃to+40℃,ifnototherwisespecifiedbythemanufacturer.Seealso5.1.1.NOTE2Indesigningapparatusforoperationinexplosivegasatmospheresunderconditionsotherthantheatmosphericconditionsgivenabove,thisstandardmaybeusedasaguide.However,additionaltestingrelatedspecificallytotheintendedconditionsofuseisrecommended.Thisisparticularlyimportantwhenthetypesofprotection'flameproofenclosures"d"'(IEC60079-1)and'intrinsicsafety"i"'(IEC60079-11)areapplied.NOTE3Requirementsgiveninthisstandardresultfromanignitionhazardassessmentmadeonelectricalequipment.Theignitionsourcestakenintoaccountarethosefoundassociatedwiththistypeofequipment,suchashotsurfaces,mechanicallygeneratedsparks,thermitereactions,electricalarcingandstaticelectricdischargeinnormalindustrialenvironments.Forotherignitionsourceslikeadiabaticcompression,shockwaves,exothermicchemicalreaction,selfignitionofdust,nakedflames,hotgases/liquidstheapparatusaresubjectedtoahazardanalysisthatidentifiesandlistsallofthepotentialsourcesofignitionbytheelectricalapparatusandthemeasurestobeappliedtopreventthembecomingeffective.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifyrequirementsforsafety,otherthanthosedirectlyrelatedtotheexplosionrisk.ThisstandardissupplementedormodifiedbythefollowingpartsofIEC60079concerningspecifictypesofprotection:-IEC60079-1:Flameproofenclosures"d";-IEC60079-2:Pressurizedenclosures"p";-IEC60079-5:Powderfilling"q";-IEC60079-6:Oilimmersion"o";-IEC60079-7:Increasedsafety"e";-IEC60079-11:Intrinsicsafety"i";-IEC60079-15:Typeofprotection"n";-IEC60079-18:Encapsulation"m".Thisstandardissupplementedormodifiedbythefollowingapparatusstandards:-IEC60079-25-IEC60079-26-IEC62013-1-IEC62086-1.ThispartofIEC60079,alongwithotherpartsintheIEC60079seriesandtheadditionalstandardsmentionedabove,isnotapplicabletotheconstructionofelectromedicalapparatus,shot-firingexploders,testdevicesforexplodersandforshot-firingcircuits.
