【摘要】:Somecoatingsystemsaredevelopedforuseoversteelthatisexposedtohightemperaturesduringservicelife.Thismethodprovidesanacceleratedmeansofdeterminingtheperformanceofthesecoatingsystems.Testingofcoatingsdesignedforinteriorservice,andofcoatingsdesignedforexterior(weather-exposed)serviceisincluded.1.1Thesetestmethodscovertheevaluationoftheheat-resistantpropertiesofcoatingsdesignedtoprotectsteelsurfacesexposedtoelevatedtemperaturesduringtheirservicelife.Twotestmethodsaredescribedasfollows:MethodA-InteriorServiceCoatingsMethodB-ExteriorServiceCoatings1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityofwhoeverusesthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardstatementsaregiveninSection5.
